My Time with Deepak Chopra

Several years ago I was honored to assist Deepak Chopra in a book signing after his presentation at Unity of Phoenix.  He was there to talk about his book Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul. It was such an enlightening talk.

It was the first time I had the realization that our cells have intelligence.  It has helped me understand that there is far more to health and wellness than heredity or chance.

The greatest thing I was struck with during my time with Deepak was that he emanates peace.  It has been a great lesson for me when I find myself too wrapped up in any given situation.
